I was called at work and when I informed the woman that she was calling my work, she told me either I spoke to her now or her next call would be to my Human Resources Department to garnish my wages. I have sent several letters disputing my debt. This is a payday loan and I did not ever have one. The checking account it went to was closed due to theft and I did not authorize a pay day loan. The woman kept talking over me and tlling me I had to file charges against my husband since he had to have done this or opened this account.

When I asked her to stop talking and listen to me for a minute she kept talking. I could not get a word in. She told me I would look like an idiot in court as the bank would say I opened the account and therefore the payday loan.

I have worked with the bank and I know this would not be the case. She told me that the bank is always on their side when collecting against losers like me.

I was highly insulted and when I told her she needed to stop talking and listen to me or I was going to hang up. She kept talking. I then hung up on her.

How can these people talk to you like this?

I never sign a written signatory application agreement for a loan as credit with Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC totaling $7,997.17. First of all, I, Jackson H. Coleman do not owe Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC a penny. I am not a signatory to an application for a loan as credit from Chase Bank, nor did I sign a signatory written application agreement for a loan as credit from Washington Mutual Bank totaling $7,997.17.

THERE SHOULD BE A FULL INVESTIGATION OF CAVALRY PORTFOLIO SERVICES COMPANY IN TULSA OKLAHOMA. I GOT FIRED ONE WEEK AGO WHEN I BROUGHT TO MY SUPERVISORS ATTENTION THE ABUSE, THREATS, HARASSING, UNFAIRNESS, LYING, AND ILLEGAL THINGS I WITNESSED AS AN EMPLOYEE WHILE WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY. THE EMPLOYESS THAT DID THIS TO CUSTOMERS STILL HAVE THEIR JOBS AND THE GOOD COLLECTOR LIKE MY SELF LOOSES MY JOB. CARRIE HALL
