fairlane credit on sept 11 2000 promised updated contract in a few days to sign with better rate and payment than offered at dealership through a special program. fairlane steted later they had no special prgram. when trying to negotiate oct 2011 to avoid repossesion fairlane stated they do have a program but only for thier best customers. after in recieving a non earnings and non garnishment motion to to quash in sept 2008 from siedburg phoenix, fairlane went to mcdowell and associates in ca 2009 to garnish my wages. I relocated from kingman az dec 2008 to barstow ca for employment purposes. wages were garnished starting april 2010 without any warning or notification from the courts or fairlane
