One of the most unethical agencies

I cannot believe how it is legal for a company to treat a legitimate business as Hutchison Perry and Associates does. They are rude, they try to intimidate right off the bat. I have done a quick research and found several incidents where they were sued for harrasment. Do not ever give into them and do a quick research to sue them if they continue with their repeated harrassing calls. A better word to describe them would be "thugs" but I believe they call themselves "Collection Agency"


Rude, Rude, and just plain rude!

First call I recieved from this agency, first time I have spoken to them and first day they have had my case on their desk and I have already been threaten! They are not willing to work with me, VERY rude and unfair. They would not let me talk and they would talk (seemed like yelling) over me when I did talk and I got hung up on time after time without getting a straight answer. I kept my cool even though they were being like this because I know this won't get me anywhere and either way I didn't get anywhere! I will definately be looking into my rights!
