have been hassled by this and thier collectors, at the time of cosigning the loan for my daughter to go back to school we were living together as a family a 3 income home, she was my care giver at that time, things happened about 3 years ago and i am now in a apt for the elderly and handicap, my daughter and family moved away i understand her not making her payments for she is not working so i tried paying 20.00 a month even that wasnt good enough my point to make is i will not pay another dime to them or the collection agencys they use, why they went into my account without written or verbal agreement, in such a double payment was made and caused me to become overdrafted in my account sent them a long letter telling them to contact my daughter and to leave me alone well now they use ways sneaky underlining they dont put the name on the envvelope as to whom it is from so now i dont open just put on return to sender on it, my child was on my account for emergency purposes only, with their actions she had to be removed which hurt me when she is needed
